Contract receptionist needs 1 year of experience Contract receptionist requires:
Must be detail-oriented
Comfortable and agile with technology and systems
Self-motivated and possess the ability to work as part of a team and at times with minimal supervision
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in English language, including good written and verbal communication skills
Contract receptionist duties:
Greet visiting guests and vendors, check them in and out of the building while maintaining compliance with company safety policies
Enter customer orders into the system for processing and assist the Sales Team in making any adjustments to customer orders in the system
Provide general administrative support, including:
Process incoming and outgoing mail, including delivering, when appropriate
Mange Excel spreadsheets to support employee benefits program
. Order and facilitate lunch meetings upon request
Manage calendar in Outlook regarding incoming visitors
